Played black and lost in 13 moves.

I have asked several of my friends to annotate this game, for a change :)

white's d-pawn prove to be a real prick.

perhaps black should captured it earlier 3... PxP, and this pawn capture is thematic with the Sicilian.

so by not doing 3...PxP, I ended up with a weaker position? Is the PxP the best reply to white's move at that point?

i guess the 2nd mistake is doing fxe6 instead of dxe6. was avoiding a QxQ but ended up with a very weak position on the king's left side. 6...Qc7 was also a poor choice of a move, i suppose

Hi, nice site here!

Yeah, i've learnt from experience that playing as black in the Sicilian, you should try not to let his pawn reach your knight. I think more solid would be 3...d5. Try to control d5, because it seems quite crucial in the Sicilian (as black).

I don't agree with 6...Qc7 because i find that it wastes a move. It gives your opponent an extra move to his already well-developed army. Maybe you were thinking of castling queenside at that time but I think 6...Nf6 might work out, then possibly a d5 follow-up.

You could survive longer with 12...Kh7 13. Qf7+ Bg7 but I think white will eventually squeeze you to death. That position would be interesting for computer analysis :)
